OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE.

No payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Contest. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor of this contest is #WalkAway Movement (“Sponsor”). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok. You further agree to hold harmless and release TikTok from any and all claims associated or in connection with this Contest.

All entries to win the Contest must be received during the entry period. Entries will be accepted beginning on 2/16/2026 at 12:00 AM ET and end on 3/15/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Entries not received by Sponsor by 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the Entry Period will not be accepted. Selected winners will be notified at the close of the voting period by the dates specified in the Official Rules and each winner's Prize will be awarded on 3/18/2026 at 5 PM ET with a video announcement on https://www.tiktok.com/@realwalkaway as well as published on https://www.walkawaycampaign.com/challenge.

By uploading your personal testimonial video (“Testimonial Video”), you hereby indicate your acceptance of the terms contained in these contest rules (“Official Rules”) and agree to be bound by these terms. You recognize and agree that the story You share in your Testimonial Video must reflect your personal experiences and be truthful and honest. Any submitted Testimonial Videos that are later found to be false, fraudulent, misleading, and/or an otherwise misrepresentation of the truth, as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, shall be disqualified. All disqualification decisions made by Sponsor are final and may not be appealed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are also granting Sponsor and designated like-minded designees (including, but not limited to, #WalkAway LLC, #WalkAway Foundation, and #WalkAway Campaign PAC), a non-revocable, perpetual, royalty-free, fully-paid up, sublicensable-at-will license to use, modify, or otherwise feature your Testimonial Video and your name, portrait, picture, video, voice, likeness, image, statements made in your submission, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any or any further compensation, notice, review, or consent by You. The Contest is only open to citizens and permanent residents (Green Card holders) of the United States who are legal residents of one of the fifty states, Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority as determined by state law. Details and qualifications for participation in this Contest may apply and you are required to review these Official Rules to confirm your eligibility. Entries that do not conform to the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified in Sponsor’s discretion and such decisions cannot be appealed. Only one entry per person and TikTok account. Attempting to circumvent this limit by using alternative or multiple email addresses, TikTok accounts, identities, or other fraudulent means to enter will result in disqualification as deemed appropriate and necessary in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

PRIZES: The following Prizes will be awarded in accordance with the Official Rules and you are required to review such Rules before submitting your Testimonial Video to confirm your submission conforms to the provided requirements and processes. You will NOT be notified if your submission does not conform to these Rules. Odds of winning will depend on the number of total entries received.

One third place winner will be awarded $250 USD.
One second place winner will be awarded $500 USD.
One Grand Prize Winner will be awarded $1,000 USD.

Important: By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

By entering this Contest, you (“You”) hereby agree to be bound by the Official Rules of this Contest:

SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Contest is #WalkAway Movement ( “Sponsor”).
ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest begins on 2/16/2026 at 12 AM ET and ends on 3/15/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). All entries must be successfully received by Sponsor during this Entry Period to be eligible to receive a Prize. Only entries submitted through TikTok are valid. Any attempts to enter the Contest through any other method will be disqualified. No entries will be accepted before or after the close of the Entry Period.
ELIGIBILITY: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the eligibility of entrants are applicable to this Contest. Void where prohibited by law. The Contest is open to citizens and permanent residents (Green Card holders) of the United States who are legal residents of one of the fifty states, Puerto Rico, or the District of Columbia and are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority as determined by state law. Only 1 entry per person and TikTok account (and associated email address) is permitted as described in these Official Rules. Directors, officers, members, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, and service providers of Sponsor, #WalkAway LLC, #WalkAway Foundation, and #WalkAway Campaign PAC and their respective agents, or the immediate families or household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win any Prize. All winners will be required to confirm eligibility and complete required Sponsor-provided paperwork before any awarded Prize will be transferred. In the event it is determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, that a notified Prize-winner is ineligible to receive a Prize, such winner shall be notified of such disqualification and another winner will be selected. All such decisions by Sponsor are final and may not be appealed.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
VIDEO ENTRY: To be eligible to win a Prize, You must upload a personal testimonial video (“Testimonial Video”) that meets the requirements as described below AND follow the @RealWalkAway account on TikTok.

Notifications regarding this Contest will be directed through TikTok direct message and Sponsor will not be responsible for any issues or delays in contacting You, which may also result in disqualification.

Entry Requirements:

A. Testimonial Video, Generally: This Contest is an opportunity for You to share your personal #WalkAway story. The story You share must be your own personal journey and explain what made you make your decision to #WalkAway as defined by these Official Rules. You should include a written post with your video submission that includes the hashtags as provided below. The decision as to whether to spend any money in the production of your Testimonial Video rests purely with You, but You recognize and agree that any such expenses will NOT increase your opportunity to win a Prize nor will You be reimbursed for those costs. The truthfulness of your personal submission is critically important. If it is determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, that a submitted Testimonial Video is false, fraudulent, misleading, misappropriates another’s story, or otherwise a misrepresentation of the truth, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any such entry in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All disqualifications are final and may not be appealed.

B. Video Criteria:

Content. To enter the Contest, You must upload a Testimonial Video of yourself sharing your personal #WalkAway story to TikTok. Your heartfelt and inspirational message is the most important aspect of your entry. Your story is what matters; you do not need to spend money creating your video to win this Contest. Your story is special enough!
1. Please note, the story that you share must be your own genuine and real #WalkAway story. Submitting a false, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise misrepresentational video is grounds for disqualification as deemed necessary in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Obscene, violent, hateful, abusive, and/or harassing content is not acceptable and any Testimonial Videos containing such items, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified. The #WalkAway movement is about unity, civility, and respect, and Your Testimonial Video should reflect those ideals. Any disqualification decisions by Sponsor are final and cannot be appealed.
2. Your Testimonial Video may feature a story or tell a history that you have previously shared in a prior #WalkAway video, but #WalkAway testimonial videos that have been shared before this Contest began will not be considered for a Prize. All eligible Testimonial Videos must be recorded for the purpose of entering this Contest.
3. Please note, if the submitted Testimonial Video features more than one individual, only the single owner of the email address associated with the TikTok account will be eligible to win or be awarded one of the described Prizes.
Creativity. You can present your Testimonial Video in any way that you want. You can share your story by talking, singing, rapping, signing, dancing – it’s your story so tell it YOUR way! We encourage you to add your own creative flare to your presentation and make your video stand out! Just remember, the most important aspect of the video is your heartfelt story and everything else should just enhance it. Please make sure you only include those video enhancements (images, sounds, music, etc.) that you have authorization, permission, and/or a license to use. In the event your Testimonial Video is accused of copyright infringement due to unauthorized use of any enhancements (images, sounds, music, etc.), your Testimonial Video may result in your entry being disqualified.

C. TikTok Post.

Testimonial Videos must be posted on TikTok in order to be eligible to win a Prize. You must also follow @RealWalkAway TikTok account, and your video post must also include 2 hashtags: #WalkAway and #WalkAwayChallenge. You also need to add the text “#WalkAway” and “#WalkAwayChallenge” somewhere on your video, as shown below. If you do not complete each of the required steps (follow @RealWalkAway, include the #WalkAway/#WalkAwayChallenge text on your video, and include the required hashtags), you will not be eligible to win a Prize.

D. Submission and Technical Requirements: Your Testimonial Video must be uploaded to TikTok and meet the requirements described in these Official Rules. Only Testimonial Videos that conform to the requirements of these Official Rules and are submitted during the Entry Period are eligible to win a Prize. We encourage you to keep your Testimonial Video to 3 minutes or less, but in no event shall your Testimonial Video be more than 10 minutes. Your Testimonial Video must be in an acceptable format in order to properly post on TikTok and be eligible to win a Prize. While Sponsor may provide a direct TikTok Message confirming receipt of your Submission Form, Sponsor will NOT provide confirmation that Your Testimonial Video conforms to the requirements of these Official Rules, nor will Sponsor notify You if Your submission has been rejected due to technical issues or noncompliance.

6. WINNER SELECTION: #WalkAway supporters will be able to visit https://www.walkawaycampaign.com/challenge and cast their vote for the Testimonial Video that they like best. Each voter will be required to enter an email address in order to cast their vote, and each voter is only permitted to vote one time. The Testimonial Videos with the top 3 scores will be the Winners. Winners will be notified on 3/18/2026 through direct TikTok Message, and must confirm their eligibility before the winners will be announced. In the event a winning Testimonial Video is later determined to be ineligible to win a Prize, that Testimonial Video will be disqualified and the Testimonial Video that received the next highest number of points will be declared a winner and receive the appropriate Prize.

7. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU:

Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Contest and submitting a Testimonial Video, You hereby grant Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, Sponsor’s licensees as described in these Official Rules, designees as described in these Official Rules, successors, and assigns, a non-revocable, perpetual, royalty-free, fully-paid up, sublicensable-at-will license to use, modify, or otherwise feature your Testimonial Video and your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements made in your submission, and biographical information and Sponsor, and such licensees and designees, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and/or otherwise use in any manner deemed appropriate, necessary, or desirable by Sponsor or such Sponsor licensees and/or designees, on any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation. Such license is granted without any or further compensation, notice, review, or consent by You. Such licensees and designees may include, but are not limited to, like-minded organizations such as #WalkAway LLC, #WalkAway Foundation, and #WalkAway Campaign PAC.
By entering this Contest, You represent and warrant that your entry is your personal story and an original work of authorship by You, and does not infringe or violate in any way any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights, or any other personal rights possessed by a third party. If your entry infringes or otherwise violates the intellectual property rights, or any other right of any third party, You will be disqualified and ineligible to win the Prize. If the content of your Testimonial Video is alleged to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, or any rights possessed by a third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend against or settle such claims at your discretion. You shall further indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and any Sponsor licensees and/or designees from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Sponsor/Sponsor’s licensees and/or designees may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement, suspected infringement, and/or violation of any third party’s right.

8. ERRORS AND ENTRY PROBLEMS: Sponsor is not responsible for computer, communication, TikTok, or network problems or other submission errors that result in late or damaged entries, including but not limited to, any submission attempt via U.S. mail or other non-electronic means. Sponsor is not responsible for any potential entrant’s failed attempt to upload or download any information in connection with the Contest, or any technical malfunction that occurs during the entry process, or any potential entrant’s ineligibility due to applicable laws and regulations.

9. PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS:

Top 3 Prize Recipients: The top 3 Testimonial Videos will each receive a Prize as described in these Official Rules. In the event any of the selected Winners fails to complete all such required paperwork within the timeframe allotted by Sponsor or is otherwise determined to be ineligible to receive the awarded Prize, such winner shall be disqualified and another winner will be selected by Sponsor in compliance with these Official Rules.
1. The 3rd Place Winner will receive a cash Prize of $250 USD.
2. The 2nd Place Winner will receive a cash Prize of $500 USD.
3. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a cash Prize of $1,000 USD.
Taxes and Fees: All Prize recipients will be responsible for payment of any applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes related to Winner’s acceptance and receipt of any awarded Prizes.

10. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All Prizes are awarded AS IS without any warranties of any kind and all warranties are hereby specifically disclaimed. The Prizes are non-transferable. The value of any awarded Prize may be taxable as income under federal, state, or local laws, and the Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Prize.

11. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: Winners will be determined and announced as described in these Official Rules. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, entries will be declared made by the authorized TikTok account holder, based on the email address associated with the TikTok account, regardless of whether the entry includes more than one person. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online services provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that they (Winner) are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and are eligible to receive the awarded Prize. Under no circumstances shall Sponsor assume any liability of any kind should the selected winners fail to receive Sponsor’s notices related to their submission, including but not limited to those circumstances the winners fail to timely check their email or where a notification is not received due to the winner’s failure to check their spam filter, junk e-mail settings, or any other security settings and/or measures that prevent receipt of such notice. If Sponsor determines the selected finalists and/or winner have in any way violated these Official Rules (in Sponsor’s sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the violating entry, and all privileges will be forfeited.

12. WINNER RESTRICTIONS: Once selected, except where prohibited by state or federal law, all finalists and winners (collectively “Winner(s)”) must execute and deliver to Sponsor (a) an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, which must be signed and returned (along with any other required documentation Sponsor reasonably believes is necessary for prize fulfillment, including, without limitation, proof of identity and eligibility to win Prize); and (b), except as otherwise prohibited by law, a Publicity Release confirming Sponsor’s permission to use, royalty-free, the name, hometown, and photographs and/or recordings of the Testimonial Video and/or the Winner in promotional material and/or advertising as described in these Official Rules. All Winners must respond to his/her notification and complete and return all required documents within the provided timeframe in order to be awarded the Prize. In the event a selected Winner fails to respond within the given time period or is otherwise determined to be ineligible to receive the Prize, another winner will be selected utilizing the process outlined for that particular Round of the Contest and as described in these Official Rules.

13. COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS: The marks associated with this Contest are the sole property of or licensed by Sponsor. All Contest materials, including these Official Rules, are copyrighted works owned by the Sponsor.

14. DOCUMENTATION: To receive a written copy of the Contest rules, the name of the Winners, or a description of the Prize, please send your request and a self-addressed and stamped return envelope to 1872 Lexington Avenue, PO Box #139, New York, New York 10035. Requests must be received no later than two years after the Contest concludes. The name of all Winners may be obtained beginning November 20, 2024. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

15. INTERPRETATIONS & DISPUTES: Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s interpretation thereof in compliance with applicable laws. All interpretations of the Rules and other promotional materials shall be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding and cannot be appealed. As a condition of participating in this Contest, You agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, You further waive any and all rights you may have to having damages multiplied or increased.

16. VIOLATION OF RULES AND LAW: Entrants who attempt to violate or who do violate these Official Rules will be disqualified. Entrants who tamper with Sponsor’s computer or network systems, or other systems, in an attempt to disrupt the Contest or increase chances of winning (including, without limitation, manipulating the social media engagement aspect of the contest), or violate any law governing this Contest, will be reported to relevant authorities and disqualified.

17. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Contest, You release Sponsor and the agents and/or employees of Sponsor or Sponsor’s licensees and/or designees, including but not limited to #WalkAway LLC, #WalkAway Foundation, and #WalkAway Campaign PAC, from any and all liability whatsoever and waive all claims and causes of action arising from or related to this Contest. Further, by entering into this Contest, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, designees, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any aspect of this Contest, including awarded Prizes.

18. OTHER CONDITIONS: This Contest is void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply to this Contest, including those applicable to the selection of the winners and the award of any Prize. If any terms or provisions of the Official Rules are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such problematic term shall be severed from these Official Rules and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest if the Contest is unable to proceed as set forth herein, including, but not limited to, cancellation, or any proceedings or events related thereto, weather conditions, threatened or actual acts of terrorism, security concerns, pandemics, or any other events or conditions beyond the control of the Sponsor as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, including those that may be related to significant supply chain issues in obtaining any offered Prizes.

20. PRIVACY POLICY AND USE OF DATA: The Sponsor’s regular privacy policy and the privacy policy applicable to the #WalkAway Social Platform shall also apply to this Contest. Where the privacy policy conflicts with the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall control. Entrants may be placed on the Sponsor’s contact list, and the contact list of #WalkAway LLC, #WalkAway Foundation, and #WalkAway Campaign PAC, to receive programming and organizational updates, but may opt out at any time.

21. TIKTOK CONTEST DISCLAIMERS: You recognize and agree that this Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, TikTok. You further agree to hold harmless and release TikTok from any and all claims associated or in connection with this Contest.
